Security and confidentiality are matters of concern for all persons who have access to Shycocare Technologies Private Limited(for the purpose of efficiency, collectively referred to herein as “Shycocare”). Confidential and non-public information about the business and product information of “Shycocare” (referred to as “Confidential Information” in this Agreement) is of utmost value and importance to Shycocare . Each person accessing Shycocare Confidential Information holds a position of trust relative to this information and must recognize the responsibilities entrusted in preserving the security and confidentiality of this information. Therefore, all persons who are authorized to access Confidential Information must read and comply with all the terms herein.

As a condition to receiving access to information, I, the undersigned, agree to comply with the following terms:

1. I will not, at any time, disclose Confidential Information to which I have or had access in any form (i.e., electronic media, paper, microfilm, verbal etc.) to any unauthorized individuals.
2. My computer log-in/ticking the box below is equivalent to my LEGAL SIGNATURE and operates as my consent to complying with the terms herein.
3. I will respect the confidentiality of any reports and handle, will not store and dispose of these reports appropriately post perusal of the same.
4. I will not misuse Confidential Information for any purpose other than the purpose of reviewing reports for the purpose of purchase of product/s of Shycocare.  I will not download/share/make copies/otherwise misuse the Confidential Information for any other purpose.
5. I will take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of the Confidential Information of Shycocare. Without limiting the foregoing, I will take at least those measures that I take to protect my own highly confidential information.
6. I will immediately notify Shycocare in the event of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Shycocare’s Confidential Information as soon as I learn of the same.
7. I understand and confirm that it is not intended to grant any rights under any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of Shycocare to me by giving me access to such Confidential Information.

I understand that Confidential Information is protected in every form and acknowledge my responsibility in preserving its confidentiality. I understand there are disciplinary procedures in place for handling breaches of confidentiality. I have read and understand the above Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. I further understand that if I violate any of the above terms, I may be subject to necessary legal action. By signing this/ticking the box below, I agree that I have read, understand and will comply with this Agreement.
