Return And Cancellation Policy
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT:
- Product purchased on shycocancorp.com/Company’s app can be returned under the following conditions:
- Product was damaged on arrival.
- Product delivered is not as per order and described on our website/Company’s app.
- Defective product received.
- Please note that no refund shall be provided. However, the customer can get a replacement of the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery, if it falls under any of the above listed circumstances.
- Please open the packaging only in the presence of the Company’s installation representative or kindly record a video of unpackaging in case you choose to install the product yourself or use an external service provider and in case the product is found damaged/faulty, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Un-boxing of product in the absence of installation representative or without shooting of video will result in refusal of claims for damaged product. Also, external damage/defect claims will be not accepted if customer starts using the product.
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is in defective condition or has a physical damage within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The request will, however, be entertained once Company’s team member has checked and determined the same at our end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the products by Company.
- In case the customer feels that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, customer must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into the complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- Physical damage not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer after delivery of the product.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- No sign of damage, tampering, water log or user defects should be seen;
- Feature related problem not covered which are not in specifications given by Company;
- Defect must be re-produced in Company’s service centre;
- All products returned to Company must be in original packaging with all original accessories (e.g., manuals, cables, etc.) that came in the box. Replacement requests with missing items will not be entertained.
- Order cancellation is available within the order status screen in My Account. Orders are usually eligible for cancellation for a short period (often as little as 30 minutes) after they are placed. Once the order enters processing, the online order cancellation link is not available. On rare occasions and only at the discretion of the Company, the order may still be cancellable by calling our customer support services. However, Orders, once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
- Customer will be notified regarding status of cancellation request via Email/SMS/Whatsapp/Call within 24 hours of the placement for such request.
- Product orders which were placed at a special price, under cash back, exchange, upgrade or any other offer shall not be eligible for cancellation.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.
- In a rare case if a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours with our customer care and such requests will be taken only if product is not activated and not used and with the brand seal being intact.
- It may take up to 7-10 days for refund credit to reflect into your account after the refund is initiated for cancelled orders.
