Customer Service Manager
Customer Service Managers will help ensure clients receive exceptional service while the business’s sales goals are supported. He/ She will work directly with clients as well as overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives. He/ She will work to develop and implement client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7 to 10 years prior experience in customer facing roles
- Proven experience in team handling & working experience as a Customer Service Manager
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques, Superior organizational and time management skills
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
